Taiwan Offshore Wind Farm Services Corp. (TOWSC) Receives ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Accreditation
Under the BSI (British Standards Institution) accreditation, TOWSC becomes the first Taiwanese company in the offshore wind industry to demonstrate that its QMS and ISMS meet international standards.
TOWSC aims to play the leading role in O&M services in the offshore wind industry in Taiwan. And now the team is proud to announce our great achievements on becoming an international-level participant. Tops in Taiwanese offshore wind industry, our team has successfully received ISO 9001 (Quality Management System, QMS) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System , ISMS). Such certifications proves our management system meets international standards.
Collaborating with Amxecure, we started the development of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) back in May, 2019. Our systems are designed specifically for the following operations and activities:
- The development, operation and maintenance services of offshore wind farms
- The provision of data collection, analysis activities of offshore wind farm services and related information security supporting activities
However, these two affirmations are just a sharp beginning of being an international expert. To be well-prepared for the coming services offer in the Changhua sea area, we are further building a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System dedicated to the operation and maintenance activities of offshore wind farms. Therefore, our team is expecting another two certificates - ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) from DNVGL by April, 2020.
